If you’re having trouble logging in to your Zakra Account, check if you’re in any of the following cases and follow the instruction to get access your account.

Never Received Your Password or Forgot Your Password:

For some reason, if you do not have or know your account password, follow these steps:

Go to the Freemius Password Recovery Page for Your Zakra Account.
Enter an email address of your Zakra Account and click the button.
You should get an email with a password reset link. Click the Reset your Password button. It’ll redirect you to a new page to enter a new password.
On the new page, enter the new password you want to change it to and click Save Password button

Didn’t Receive Account Log In Link After the Purchase
