The premium templates are created using the Zakra theme`, Zakra Pro & Companion Addons for Elementor plugins.

Since Companion Addons for Elementor plugin comes with Personal Plus or the above plan, you need to purchase one of those plans.
Steps to import the premium demos:

Purchase and Access the Files

Purchase Personal Plus or the above plan: Zakra Pricing Page.
After the purchase, you'll get an email with login details to your Zakra Theme Account.
Login into your account: https://zakratheme.com/account/, click the Downloads menu item and download all three files.

Install Theme and Plugins

Install & Activate Zakra Pro plugin: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/get-started-with-zakra-pro-16i9nr4/
Install & Active Companion Addons for Elementor plugin just like Zakra Pro plugin.

Import the Template Site:

Go to the WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Zakra Options`.
Click on the Install ThemeGrill Demo Importer Plugin.
It'll install and activate the plugin and redirect you to the template listing page.
Click the Import button on the template site you choose and Confirm.

It is most likely you missed installing and activating Companion Addons for Elementor plugin. Please install & activate it as instructed above.
