Can’t Log In To My Zakra Theme Account
If you're having trouble logging in to your Zakra Theme Account, check if you're in any of the following cases and follow the instruction to get access to your account.
Never Received Your Password or Forgot Your Password:
For some reason, if you do not have or know your account password, follow these steps:
Go to the Freemius Password Recovery Page .
Enter an email address of your Zakra Theme Account and click the button.
You should get an email with a password reset link. Click the Reset your Password button. It'll redirect you to a new page to enter a new password.
On the new page, enter the new password you want to change it to and click the Save Password button.
