The Zakra Pro Add-On will allow you to enable Author Bio for the posts on your site. Just do the following:
From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to the Appearance > Customize > Content > Single Post section.
Toggle the Enable Author Bio option On.
Click on Publish.
