Yes, you can. Zakra allows you to change the default footer copyright information and add your own content in its place. It is quite simple. Just follow these steps:
From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Footer > Footer Bottom Bar.
Look for the field under the Text/HTML for Left Content and replace the default copyright content with your own.
Click on Publish.
